Must-try: Literally any of their pastries, cappuccino, freshly baked bread
Authentic French bakery with a master baker creating fresh pastries daily. Also happens to be the most comfortable spot on this list, with plush leather chairs and AC. They have several branches in both Java and Bali and seriously know what they are doing when it comes to coffee and pastries.
BAKED. Pererenan

Must-try: Manual brew V60, laminated pastries, specialty coffee blends
Connected to their main roastery in Padonan, so every cup features freshly roasted beans. Great coffee options with free oat milk. They have a converted garage space with lots of fans, as well as pretty decent croissants or breakfast options.
Picco Coffee

Tiny spot (maximum 15 people) with exceptional coffee. Barista crafts excellent espresso using carefully selected beans. Cozy, house-converted space with wooden furniture and natural lighting. Dog-friendly, too.

Melbourne coffee authority that landed in Pererenan bringing serious coffee credentials. Part of the Further Hotel complex with gorgeous terracotta design and open kitchen concept. Their Bali Kintamani has lovely chocolate undertones, and flat whites are predictably excellent. Premium pricing but the quality backs it up.
